Trump Embraces Religious Persecution

And now that he's made goodie goodie with Modi, Franklin Graham sells out too.

This is the kind of thing that gives me confidence when the voters go to the polls in November, there will be plenty of them who remember all of this stuff and add it up. Trump may be able to claim that he could stand in the middle of fifth avenue and shoot someone, and no one would do anything about it but that's among his base and the Republicans in the Senate. It's almost hard to imagine the guy being this stupid and soft headed. He lets leaders of other countries talk him into anything and then comes out in his sissy voice and goes over the same patronizing words about what great guys they are. So he's holding a press conference heaping praise upon Narenda Modi's claims that India practices religious freedom, even though persecution has become an endorsed and codified practice and there was a riot over it happening not all that far from where the buffoon was delivering his platitudes.

So do the Christians who are pointing out these brutal instances stop reporting on it and become Hinduism's friend after Trump tells them everything is just hunky dory?

And can you say, "Sell out"? Or better yet, "Hypocrite"?

Hinduism isn't any worse than Islam, or Congregationalism for that matter. Not any better, though. Good to know that Modi is almost as sweet a feller as Kim.

Surely God wouldn't have anointed Trump if he didn't want us to follow his lead. Those of us who are opposed to Hindu-on-Muslim violence must be in favor of killing babies. (I know a couple of people whose actual stated reasoning is almost that pure.)

Pure what? Not a word Baptists use.

Wait a minute. He's persecuting Christians? That's horrible. Good thing he's such a nice guy and wants to buy weapons from us!
