WAVE Church

Is anyone familiar with the "WAVE Church". I am aware of one in McKinney TX and Virginia Beach VA. Seems to be "run" by a guy named Steve Kelly, who speaks with Australian accent. Preaches in a T-shirt and keeps asking for somebody to say "Amen."

I stumbled across his telecast a few minutes ago. Takes a long time to make his point. I'm getting the idea he is just another "feel good" pastor.
