Passing the the plan is likely to be an uphill battle. Even if Democratic lawmakers were to sign on, it would still face the Republican-led Senate and the Trump White House.
This might be indelicate but I'm near "a pox on both your houses" stage.
I know enough about technocrats and generals to understand that important political decisions should not be left in their hands.

The disgrace is McConnell and crowd wanting to give 500 Billion Dollars to corporations with no stipulations but only $600 to a person who makes under $27,000 with stipulations and, last I understood, required to pay taxes on the money. Crumbs for the poor, golden parachutes for the rich.
