One of my friends who is a hardcore Bernie Bro was fuming on Facebook this afternoon over a similar article he'd read, stating that the founder of the company which developed the malfunctioning app used to communicate the Iowa caucus precinct results, is married to a Buttigieg staffer (a circumstance which is touched on briefly in the article you linked). If that bit of info is correct I can certainly see why the Sanders camp would be looking with suspicion on the whole process.
