A New Record

From Gerry Milligan ... In my "wild young youth" there were a few occasions (actually there were many) where I did not tell the truth. But I never spent 90 minutes lying to the world as did he draft-dodging loser of the popular vote for US president in 1916. And there are some who applaud his lack of honesty.
When Bill Clinton lied, no one died...

From Gerry Milligan ... William, I knew you were old but did you observe them live?

Where was the house Thornton built for Wilson?

I was baptized in the Church of the great Baptist Wilson sent as an ambassador to Europe during WWI George W Truett, the man for whom Truett Cathy was named.

And just this morning i placed in the Hopper for the next SCOTUS Tomiko Brown-Nagin Furman grad, native of Greenwood SC, same hometown as MLK's mentor Benjamin Mayes.

See more at Baptist covenant forum on this board.

Wilson first wife, Axon, is buried on Myrtle Hill in Rome Ga. Thornton knows that.
But wilson and race didn't work well. Great Chapter on All that as it inflects Truett in Rough Country by Wuthnow, chapter From Judge Lynch to Jim Crow which I am about to bring to Lindsey Graham vicinity at Covenant Forum
