From Gerry Milligan ... Haruo, that works. My thought though, was concerning the Hippocratic Oath, being tested positive for COVID-19, eating with others in the senate dining room, swimming in the senate pool, but "doing no harm."

I assume you're talking Rand Paul? As far as I can see, the jury is still out. He made some points that may be both valid and self-exculpating in his defense published in (I think) USA Today.
