Yesterday I read Nathan Finn of NGU take on SBC. It Sucked, one of the biggest whitewashing jobs since the mid 90s by anything resembling an academic. Compare Finn to a leading story up today at nybooks.com featuring the statue of Billy Graham outside the Babdist building in Nashville. Al Moher identified Graham as a traitor to the Babdist cause in his conversation with Charles Marsh about five years ago. I guess that makes his statue appropriate and the connection to NGU and FBC Sburg.
