I was scheduled to host what ever Guest came in, but then this past Friday we received an invitation to our only granddaughter's HS graduation in south Georgia, set for Friday evening.

Since Trudy will already to be in Atlanta for a preaching conformance, all week. This morning She asked the congregational life committee to find some one to take my place, so I could drive down for Rachel's big event and drive her home. They agreed to accept the task and she was able to cancel the return portion of her flight, and arranged for a supply preacher.

I Am going to take my time going down and check out some spots on our potential retirement base camp list. NC, GA and SC each have some potential, in large part due to the potential of finding a CBF friendly congregation as our home church, and the fact that we have family in Ga , So Fl. and Missouri, any suggestions.

Ed: There is a great breakfast/ lunch place between the Days Inn and the convention center. It is seldom difficult to find a place but setting a time when all are available sometimes gets difficult, I do hope we can work it out.
