I enjoyed meeting some members of the Karen choir at our recent district annual meeting. The singing was heart warming and the costumes were a bright touch on a gray fall day
This Thanksgiving I will be especially grateful to have a home free from fear of some government official knocking on my door and hauling me off to prison for my beliefs. A roof over my head that doesn't blow away in the wind. A warm bed. Don't forget those who are in refugee camps around the world this year!!!!
Don't despair if your job and your rewards are few, remember that the mighty oak was once a nut like you!
