Great comment! Maybe the Lord was just being nice or maybe He was tempering judgment with grace.

With a 5.3 earlier in what used to be the sex change capitol of the world, with mainly liquor stores reporting damage, makes ya wonder.

Liquor is the first casualty in an earthquake (well, actually anything stored in thin glass bottles). Mrs H has a story about the big California quake of 1989, she was in the produce dept. of the supermarket when it struck and had to wade through what was left of the liquor dept. to get out. So Mineral, VA, was once the sex change capital of the world?? Weird!
