I have been WBs critic and it is only my opinion that he desires martyrdom, figuratively speaking of course. I say again he is a very decent, principled, and talented pastor. God bless him. However, there cannot be 60 or so unprincipled, dissent stifling trustees among the other 86 who serve with Burleson. Let him make his case.
BTW, there are 5,100+ missionaries. That some of them side with Burleson is not surprising. The capability of missionaries to make anonymous comments, usually dissent, to the board's policies is something the board must contend with. I do hope that John Floyd and others realize that this is how the world works and one cannot undo it and go back 15 years but rather allow for their employees to have the freedom to make honest feedback.
