Followiong the thrust of this thread, I read Hinkle's blog (blob?) on the subject of Page's election:
(1) Sutton entered the fray too late.
(2) Page was on his "home turf."
(3) In a run-off, Sutton would have wom . . .
(4) 1,500 women were late in arriving, thus preventing a true expression of the over-all voting.
(5) The WMU was angry, seeking what they saw as an "anti-establishment" candidate. (See Point No. 4 -- you can't have it both ways.)
(6) Page's Cooperative Program giving had decreased for the previous five years--down to 12 %!!!
It's time for William to remind us, again, that "we had the votes."
Accept this, please, as my blog on blogs, bloggers, and blogging.
