ED: I think this mAy be a good place to post this note from Mary Swartz who is the administrative assistant to the Ex Director NYSABC.
February 10-27, 2009, The Rev. Dr. Mark S. Caruana, Pastor of Tabernacle Baptist Church in Utica NY, will be visiting Thailand and Burma with a small group of American Baptist denominational leaders, regional executives, pastors, and lay people. The trip is sponsored by the American Baptist Churches/USA's Burma Refugee Task Force. While in Thailand, the group will visit many individuals and organizations who minister to the refugees from Burma living in Thailand.
To chronicle the trip, Pastor Caruana has put together a blog which can be viewed at
http://pastormarksthailand-burmatrip.blogspot.com The blog will allow others to share in his trip on a day by day basis -- assuming he can find internet access each day. He invites you to join him.
God Bless,
Mary Schwarz
