I just undid the Announcement-threadiness of the ABNS stuff, because in my experience having it all in a single generically titled thread didn't encourage me to even look at it. So what I'm going to try to do is start new threads with the ABNS news in the initial post; then if people want to comment or respond, it can take off from there, rather than their having to start a separate thread if they want to discuss a news story. We'll see how it goes. This also means if one of you notices that I have missed a significant ABNS news story, you can create a thread using my example as a template, without having to apply for admin privileges first.

If it doesn't work, I can always put the Announcement thread back up...
