Is this why Republicans fear "activist judges"?

Apparently blind people are about to get a break. The Treasury Dept. has been ordered to make different denominations of our paper money distinguishable -- somehow.

There is a machine at my local car wash that dispenses 4 quarters when I put in George Washington and 20 quarters (or something similar) when I insert Abraham Lincoln. (The first time I used this thing, I thought I had seen the 8th wonder of the world!) Perhaps the same technology can be adapted for the requested help.
