If today you where put in charge - N.O. disaster

Ed: IF to day you where put in charge of disaster relief in New Orleans and given full access to federal troops supplies and equipment, what would your first two priorities be.


Mine would be 1. Communication with the masses; set up huge sound systems enlist Radio and TV personalities to disseminate information. Even provide some entertainment. A small geneators will power a huge system. The military has the systems for use in training situations. Supply police and fire figher fiters with freash radio equipment, including batteries

2. Airlift in drinking water and Food ( penut butter and Jelly, bread and crakers). And use milk tankers to bring in water where possiable.
