Jesus said he had a kingdom that is not of this world (John 18:36). That sounds like there are at least two kinds.

In part Martin Luther, though I don't think to this extent. It was probably one of his worst theological ideas. It allows Christians to ignore the mission in this world and turn it into a pie in the sky every thing will be better in heaven faith that has no relevance today.

Worse, it allows Christians to support evil by putting all support of evil in the "earthly kingdom" category and congratulate themselves for doing so.

It is heresy indeed.

I did not read the whole article... it’s late...

I am not sure JFJ would define capitalism as the author does.

A quick google definition search defined it differently...

an economic and political system in which a country's trade and industry are controlled by private owners for profit, rather than by the state.
.

That one possible conflict can easily distort the whole article. Maybe it was intentional, I don’t know.

I wouldn't worry so much about capitalism and the two kingdoms (assuming that Falwell still recites and thinks he means the Lord's Prayer) as I would about this (if it's true; I haven't seen the source):
in this interview [Falwell] says that there is NOTHING Trump can do to lose his support.
If true, that is scarily heretical and dangerous. In the first instance, I think, to Mr. Falwell's soul.
