Our approval to meet in the hotel Grand Excelsior, Al Barsh has been given. I have a copy of the approval. It for a three month period (this is normal). We will begin on January 11.

Glad you have that news. I know it takes patience to work in a culture that is different, but you are seeking to be an incarnation of Christ in your setting.

Are there other churches meeting there as well or is that your unique space?

There is a small group of about 40 Filipinos meeting on one of the side rooms. I believe it is in their home language. Could be wrong.

We rent the space on Thursday nights for our AWANA and then on Fridays for church and the extended church stuff... Children's church, nursery...

The hall we rent seats up to 500 (in three sections). We ill set chairs up in the first two sections for now and use the third for a fellowship greeting space... coffee... teas... cookies...

The place we were directed to shift to originally ( our last service there will be tomorrow) has about 18-20 different churches. We were the only one meeting on Saturday. Though it had its advantages, its negatives were far greater.
