I am teaching, tomorrow, about little King Josiah. Young kid with little experience. HEY, LOOK. Somehow, a "Book of the Law" has been discovered in the Temple, after all these years! A (now deceased) Reform Jew rabbi once told me that his seminary professor said "the ink was still wet when it was given to Josiah".

Shades of Joseph Smith and the Spaghetti Monster, right here in the God-breathed canonical Canon?! That's more or less what I was taught about Deuteronomy, though not by a rabbi, Reform or otherwise.

The ink may not have been wet, but it certainly doesn't date from the time of Moses.
