Sang it with my sister and her son and hubby this morn at Easley SC FBC. I got 90 percent of it right and what I sang was was magnificent. Furman Singers of 45 years ago kicked right in.
Jim Pitts, longtime Chaplain at Furman is now on volunteer staff at EFBC and he delivered an excellent opening homily adorned by a Flag that has flown in Bethlehem.
My bro in law was grand in the childrens sermon, and the main sermon which had a children's book story about the organ grinder and his monkey--I did have a thought about Donald Trump I did not share--was most appropriate.
So on this day if not to David Flick, the climate denier (ha) at least to his wonderfull Effie and All
