But, I do question your math...are you sure that in 2086 you will only be 86?

No, I'll be 86 in 2034, which is the year of the next Supermoon.

David, I thought we were the same age...75. If that be true, in 2034 I would be 93. Are you only 68?

Great photos. I was prepared with camera in hand, but it was overcast and drizzling.

It was pretty wet and cloudy here the nights the supermoon was supposed to be visible too. Not unusual for Seattle area this time of year. Closest view I got was by taping a tortilla to the window. I'm glad you got some clear shots in Oklahoma. They remind me of a song I learned in Kindergarten: The Man in the Moon looked out of the moon, looked out of the moon and said :It's time for all children on the earth, to think about getting to bed!

The tortilla was pretty realistic... Reminiscent of the messengers to Abraham and Sarah en route to rescue the Lots from Sodom. If you want a biblical tie-in...

Finally got a glimpse of it last night. Perhaps not as impressive as it was earlier in the week, but still quite a sight.
