Albert Blackwell introduced me to Schleiermacher in the fall of 72, my sophomore year at Furman. His father was longtime President of Mars Hill College

I'd say Mr. Blackwell is right on. Jesus asked us to pray in private and not long.

Public display of piety is not approved by Jesus.
