New Hymnal

Ed: James writes concerning the Celebrating Grace hymnal "It's non-denominational because it does not say Baptist on the cover and it is not published by any of the official Baptist publishing houses. Of course, one could argue that neither of these trivial points needs to be met in order to make it Baptist."

However my copy does say H B W in gold on the the cover. It was originally Commissioned specifically for the 20 th anniversary of the Cooperative
Baptist Fellowship. It is published by a new entity named Celebrating Grace, Inc.. It is housed at Mercer University, which is a Baptist institution located in Macon,Georgia. And as already mentioned the Editorial Board is comprised of Baptist.

Of course my copy and another three or so thousand where produced for and distributed at the CBF Assembly celebrating our 20th Anniversary.

I will also give my endorsement to Celebrating Grace. One of the best Baptist hymnals produced in recent memory.
