Two More Trayvon-Like Incidents

It seems that being Black in America makes some “Law Enforcers” trigger happy
Kenneth Chamberlain
Kenneth Chamberlain Sr., a black 68-year-old former Marine with a heart condition, was shot and killed in his home by White Plains, N.Y., police who responded to a false alarm from his medical alert pendant. Though he repeatedly told them he was okay, they broke down his door, tasered him and shot him dead; the medical devise recorded audio of the event.

It seems that being Black and/or unable to pay pushes one aside from receiving medical care.
Anna Bown
The horrific story of Anna Brown, a black, homeless, 29-year-old St. Louis woman and mother of two who after refusing to leave a hospital because her legs hurt so much was arrested for trespassing, handcuffed, dragged into a jail cell and left moaning on the floor, where she died of blood clots minutes later. Police thought she was on drugs. She wasn't.

Are these isolated stories or a disturbing national attitude causing mistreatment of minorities/downtrodden?

Ed: So Stephen, I have read it, nothing new, except maybe the guy wo speculates that perhaps the state deliberately "overcharged" Zimmerman to make his conviction unlikely, and thus a set up for acquittal. The wheels of justice are grinding slowly, but I see this stuff adding nothing to the process.
