I ran across an interesting expose' today.

Good companies with good management realize teamwork and shared profits is the best motivator.

It is a shame that when people are struggling for any work a company would take advantage of them while corporate officers get indecently high pay and bonuses for running the slave ship efficiently. In such a case you invite internal theft and sabotage which simply cuts into profits and creates a hostile atmosphere in the work force.

Ed: Keith E writes, "Shop COSTCO and boycott Walmart". But Keith we do not have a COSCO closer tha the NYC high cost suburbs 150 mile south of us.

But do you have any stats on how they compare with Walmart in hiring the physical and mentally limited individuals?

COSTCO is a warehouse membership retail outfit. COSCO is a Chinese container shipping outfit. Both probably operate near NYC.
