There are floods in the Dakotas, Nebraska, & Iowa
contrasted with
There is searing heat in the Permian Desert of West Texas
causing drought. The 'no irrigation crop's are non-existant.
The 'ancient water' in the Permian Basin is almost gone in many
places. Ah well, there is lots of pre-permian oil products left below
the Permian Basin which can be exploited when oil goes back over
US$100 per barrel.
To bad one cannot water crops with Carbon Dixoide (CO2)
