Keith Olbermann has been terminated by COMCAST -- the new owner of NBC.

You can hear the cheers coming from Fox News channel. Now the only people keeping Fox honest is Newshounds.

Olbermann is an absolute nutcase and often frothed at the mouth during his tirades, ruining the microphones and making assistants wonder about the advisability of getting rabies shots. He was the Left’s version of Limbaugh but without a grasp of reality. All this, and the total time I saw him in action was probably not 15 minutes.

I've never seen Olbermann acting anything like Jim described. I did think the Edward R. Murrow reference at the end was a bit pretentious though.
