Then there must be a considerable number, tens of thousands, who intended to vote but were unable. Kemp won narrowly but was over 50k votes ahead of abrams. One thing you’ll not see are actual voters who were suppressed.
Voter suppression is the latest sour grapes theory of losing candidates. It’s about rates, polls, and hypotheses. It’s a high marketable concept and thus will be with us indefinitely.
Dems find a candidate like Obama and they’ll win. Maybe a tony Blair, even Bill Clinton. All great candidates,
