All the senses of "lynching"

Trump said that the House Dems were engaged in a "lynching". Okay, but Lindsay Graham went him one better, saying that the impeachment investigation is "lynching in every sense". He's from a state, and of an age, where he really ought to know better.

As usual a bad choice of words from the buffoon, who is getting what he deserves. Lynchings were perpetrated against innocent men who had committed no crime. Trump is not innocent. Using the term in a way that doesn't give any consideration to the context associated with it is a deliberate and calculated insult. But its something that people have come to expect from a racist like Trump.

Graham has gone cuckoo as well. He's made a political prostitute out of himself, noting that he once actually had Trump pegged as an idiot. Graham's a bigger one now.
