I too think it is a political cartoon.
That said I think Netanyahu as being his own despicable self and not a lapdog to the thoroughly despicable Trump.
So it is a poor political cartoon

Unfortunately, Zionism and the State of Israel are received as "Judaism" by many. I think this is dangerous. And to that extent I am not in agreement with the notion that this is anti-Semitic. Go HIAS!

Trump's hat and robe definitely look like Vatican attire. Of course, is it possible that giving DJT Christian status is a greater sacrilege than painting him as Jewish?
