After Tax Cuts for Richest, House GOP Unveils $5.4 Trillion Attack on Nation's Safety Net

Incredible attack on Americans. Having given 14.3% tax cut to the richest (>$1M/year income), this proposal by Paul Ryan will hit poor/disabled very hard (Medicaid cuts of $1.5T - that’s right Trillions over ten years), the elderly (Medicare cuts of $537B over ten years) and other safety net cuts for a total of $5.4T spending cuts over ten years.

In effect, this is a transfer from the health of the poor/elderly to the incomes of the already rich.

It’s not just Trump who is morally bankrupt, it is Republicans in House. Call your Representatives and Senators.

I'm past calling. I'm actively working to vote Trump supporting office holders out. That's the only way we'll get action.

Paul Ryan is pure hypocrite--he accepts his lifetime congressional benefits at 48 but wants to postpone retirement for the masses to age 70. Guess we know who matters to him.
