Too many big egos bumping into each other. Well, there goes Trump's nobel peace prize.

Seriously, this country is in major danger from the almost absolute incompetence and idiocy of this presidency.

And his North Korea Summit Meeting is now discounted.

Perhaps we should discount most everything coming from this big ego PR man. I agree with Marco Rubio, Trump is a “con man”.

But we did get three hostages released and destroyed.

Who played who?

I never thought it was going to happen. Or, if it happened, that it would come of anything.

This might be worth taking bets on whether it actually happens or not. The Chinese appear to be undermining the whole thing by giving North Korea money, and Trump can lay claim to saving at least some manufacturing jobs, though they are in China, through all of the twists and turns of the ZTE deal. So we got three prisoners and the destruction of a worthless piece of property once used for nuclear tests in North Korea. It looks like Trump has been completely and totally played by Kim Jong-Un.

As far as I can tell, Kim is getting what he wants. He wants to be accepted as an equal on the world stage with the US, Russia, and China. His way to gain this was to become a member of the nuclear club. The release of three prisoners was a way of getting a liability off his hands after the fiasco of holding a young man who came home in a coma to die. In case anyone has given it any thought, once each of the tunnels at the nuclear test site was used for an explosion, their value was over. A new tunnel would need to be dug, far deeper into the ground, and most people would shy away in digging where the radiation was entombed. If anyone will be deserving of Nobel consideration, it will be the President of South Korea, not of the US or North Korea. The uncertainty being given created by this "off again" "on again" summit is not hitting world financial markets. It will end when Trump's family loses money.

The summit is back on, for the time being. The North Koreans have pretty much gotten what they wanted, including weakening Trump's position and some concessions on sanctions. The way Trump is handling this, seems like he is viewing North Korea as a potential investment site for some business venture, and to become a financial partner in the exploitation of the people.

The need for carefully worded diplomatic documents, for finesse in dealing with difficult issues with "50 shades of gray," and the relationships in the international community with allies necessary for creating a climate to make all of this possible have escaped Trump. Rather than concentrating on building alliances to deal with North Korea, he has instead started a trade war with the allies we most need. It doesn't bode well for the future of the summit.

So, the summit is over, the world's two biggest pathological liars met, talked, and signed an agreement that basically does nothing except remove the imminent threat of nuclear war on the Korean peninsula, maybe. Oh, it provided plenty of concessions on the US side, not much of substance from North Korea.

So Trump slapped our most loyal allies in the face just moments before flying off to do something for Kim-Jong Un that he has always wanted, elevation to the same position on the world stage as the US. And while trumpeting about diffusing the risk of nuclear war with North Korea, he elevates the possibility by getting out of the agreement that was preventing another rogue nation, Iran, from doing the same. My guess is that there is some promise of real estate deals for Trump in North Korea, once the sanctions are lifted, and the Iranians weren't that forthcoming.

This contemptible buffoon must be impeached and removed, or we will not have a country. We will be divided up and sold off in shares to his best friends China and Russia, and his new buddy, Kim Jong Un.

From what I have heard, North Korea is very, very soon going to be a great honeymoon destination. Yay Dennis Rodman!
