The term often used by ethicists is “systemic” ethics. Systems and groups of individuals as a group can act unethically.

Too often American Christianity ignores systemic ills if individuals we think be are behaving ethically.

That's a good distinction in considering the way things happen. For example, if Trump has indeed been unfaithful to all his wives, then he is a personal ethics failure. If he encourages racism and violence, then social concerns are broader in what needs to be considered.
