Reuters (and Yahoo) has reported that the 2015 rules have been repealed.

Since churches and other non-profits will not pay for better highways on the internet, guess who will now be at the bottom of the food chain online.

As far as I can tell I am in favor of the rules that were just repealed, but I would point out that we only had them working for us for a couple of years, and somehow we managed to make it to 2015 without them. I don't think it's the end of the world. Yet.
