A Republican sounds a note of caution on Russia

I see Trump says we need more nukes and cheaper planes. Meanwhile, a prominent local GOP published this opinion piece in the Seattle Times today: .

Trump is a loose cannon but has surrounded himself with a number of astute military minds. It was the military head honchos, Def. Sec. Gates and JCC Mullen, who publicly warned Obama not to attack Libya in televised congressional hearings in 2011. Besides the Amazons—Clinton, Powers, Rice—who went to the UN for “permission” to murder Libyans, McCain and Graham at every TV opportunity urged him to do so. These two culprits also urged him to throw in with the Syrian rebels and McCain managed photo-ops with his chosen and “correct” insurrectionists in both places, although I suspect the one with the Syrians was shot in Lebanon. I believe his Libyan propaganda shot was taken in or near Benghazi. They were dead wrong about both places and Putin rescued Obama (clueless about anything military) from enhancing the bloodshed in Syria. Goldwater and the Republican Party were written off in 1964 account his warlike talk during the period of détente but Nixon in the 60s-70s, Ford in the 70s, Reagan in the 80s and the Bushes proved that the citizens considered the GOP far better than the democrats internationally and militarily. Obama has been a disaster but Trump is turning his mess around. It needs remembering that the U.S. must depend on entities like Russia to have any business in space now with regard to the space station personnel, so getting along with Putin is better than Hillary’s attempt to “reset” or mess in Russian elections. IF the Russians hacked into the DNC (I doubt it but so what if they did), they did not effect the election of Trump.
