Ten Predictions

1) Hillary will win.

2) This will energize more investigations which will go on for about 1 year and then reignite in 2019; but no indictments.

3) There will be calls for impeachment but it wont happen.

4) Progressives (aka as liberals) will try to hold Hillary to the Democratic platform with some success.

5) She will drift rightward helping big corporations (banks, pharma, the MIC, but not Oil)

6) She will continue and even enhance our wars (7 of them and counting) just to prove a woman can be tough.

7) Trump will cry “rigged” but he will not pursue contesting the election (trying to recover his reputation and money)

8 ) Trump will start a media outlet expressly for “angry white men” who blame their non-attainments on politicians - sowing much dissension in the country.

9) The Senate will be around 53 Dems to 47 Reps +-2.

10) The House will stay Repugs (that is my word for obstructionist right wingers just like with Obama).

No matter who wins, the country is the loser. The biggest loser: FBI, the last bastion of credibility, which is now gone. Sea-change: the country will be run, no matter who wins, by women and minorities from now on.

#1 is partially accurate. Her lead in the popular vote grows as the votes from the west coast are counted and added. California has counted about 70% of their ballots, and she will eventually receive about a million more votes than Trump, making her the second highest vote getter in American history, behind Obama. The American people have spoken, but the indirect electoral system doesn't reflect their choice.

#4--If Trump runs true to form, the electorate will produce a majority Democratic congress in 2018, and progressives will be at the front of the line. My guess is that they will shape Democratic party policy from here on out.

Here's one of mine--There will be no wall, no prosecution of Hillary, and no lawsuits of women who accused him of sexual assault.
