Several presidents have had the codes while drunk. My impression is that marijuana is not more and probably less likely to cause cataclysmic error in that area than alcohol. But either one is worrisome and clearheadedness while toying with the fate of billions is probably better. Though in the case of Trump, maybe a little weed would mellow him out, he could kick back and listen to the Dead or maybe better the Beatles and not worry so much about militant Mexican Islam.
