If, in fact, the author's contention that 78% of evangelicals support and plan to vote for Trump, and his definition of evangelical is, as stated, white Christians who vote Republican, that won't be enough. NBC news reported during the RNC that Hillary is headed toward getting over 90% of the African American vote, and about that high of a percentage of a Latino vote that is going to be about 3 million voters larger than it was in 2012. There aren't enough evangelicals out there, by the definition of this article's author, to counter that.
