It wasn't true at Youngstown State University, where Trump, Sanders and Kasich all spoke in the same venue, over the course of three days during the Ohio Primary. There were protesters at all three rallies. I went over to see Bernie Sanders, who, BTW, was the only candidate who actually packed the venue to overflow. There were protesters, about three blocks away along the route, not too many, mostly with signs. I did see on the local news that there were a lot of protesters during the Trump rally, in fact, his campaign complained that they were taking up parking and that's why his crowd was smaller. But no one blocked access or attempted to prevent him from speaking.
Actually, I don't think preventing him from speaking is the best strategy. He's already well behind in general election polling. Letting him continue to show his bigotry, fascism, and his pitiful lack of knowledge about how our government works and what the constitution says will just put bigger holes in his sinking ship.
