That was a unique presidential moment, scintillating. I don't know whether or not the other platform people knew what he was going to do but I doubt they needed to. I love the unscripted worship and celebration and the participation signaled by the leader and joined enthusiastically by all.

White folks could learn something here. We print it all up in a bulletin several days ahead and God help anyone who doesn't just follow along.

I've not yet had the chance to listen to the President's eulogy. I've just heard bits and pieces on TV. I'll have to catch it some time later today after a wedding and a worship service.
