Once the chaff has been burned away and the gold refined, I find it hard to believe that any free wills will choose eternal torment, or even annihilation over a glory that combines the best of all possible afterlives. But I recognize that you are choosing non-universalism because universalism seems to imply a coercive predestining.

In the present world I have no doubt you are right, although even here divine intervention sets many right at least in part. But you seem not to understand gold and chaff as I do. I do not believe in 100% evil human beings, and though it may be fetal, I believe the gold will survive and shine.
