A new study by NOAA says that the oceans are warming 24-55% after than previous thought.
David has yet to acknowledge the previous growth in ocean temps.
And as far as global surface air temps (over land and ocean), the Summer of 2014 was hottest summer ever since records have been keep over the ocean beginning in 1880. And August 2014 was the hottest month on record (NASA and the Japanese Meteorological Agency agree).
