Hour long conversation this morn on www.drshow.org with Sandra Fluke on panel with a proff from Catholic University was intriguing. Gonna be a test for James Dunn and Brent Walker's early 90's Religious Restoration Act among other facets; and www.tnr.org is handicapping Justice Roberts in this one.
Also implications for Citizens United.
I think Baylor Provost Elizabeth Davis, the incoming Furman President is reading Molly Worthen's Apostles of Reason. Someone should get word to Starr. Starr at distorts at minimum the legacy of George W.Truett, best carried by Underwood who bailed for Mercer. Jury is out on Davis and Furman; I guess we'll know in a couple years.
This Hobby Lobby case is a thicket for sure. Count on Trey Gowdy to play the devil in this one; and watch Oklahoma's James Lankford closely to see how they spin.
