I think the salient point here is that GW adherents, including Keith and others here, allot not just data, probabilities, and standard deviations to the matter but a heavy dosage of "belief" in a sense that is beyond science. Those who disagree or fail to share the same degree of adherence are "deniers" or unbelievers.
Krauthammer ought to be someone that the GW crowd appreciates, since he says "I’ve long believed that it cannot be good for humanity to be spewing tons of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere." But because he scoffs at the models that predict the future scores of years in the future, he is just another denier.
Here, it comes out as just another iteration of the "you can't be a good Christian and not believe in GW." Yawn.
