Fragmentation - Let it Begin

IMO, the forced coalitions into 2 parties has been a dagger in the heart of democracy. A even bigger dagger has been uncontrolled campaign finances that allows $$$ to speak more than ideas.
I welcome the fragmentation we are seeing - let the best ideas be made known to the public by the media and the media sponsor multi-platformed candidate debates (as a condition of obtaining an FCC license). But I wonder if it will revert to traditional battlelines once the 2014 elections begin.
