If you have no insurance now then the inconvenience of the website is just that, an annoyance. Presumably, uninsured will be able to eventually sign up.
for those who are comparison shopping, like me, the debacle is off putting enough to make one wonder if the delivery of health care through it will be a debacle as well.

I forgot. Anyone who made a profit (insurers, pharma, contractors, advertisers, lobbyists, doctors, nurses, dentists...) is the real culprit here"
