Romney and his loopholes

Candidate Romney says he will "cut loopholes" rather than raise taxes on the rich. Here is a loophole to consider...the one he has been using....

And Chris can You explain to me the sin of this "loophole". Mitt had noting to do with creating it and he did utilize it and still profits from it in accord with the law. And are you quite sure there are no Democrats who had similar "Trust" involving some of your favorite Baptist entities.
