This guy's civics teacher from high school must be going into hiding right about now. Does he think his constituents are so stupid that they don't know there's no way a President of the US could hand the sovereignty of the United States over to the UN, or to anyone else for that matter?
By way of explanation as to how someone could be a "Judge" and sound like this backwoods loon, in Texas, the county "Judge" is an elected official at the head of county government, sort of like a mayor would be over a city. They are not necessarily trained in the legal profession, in fact, the only qualification is to campaign and get elected, so they can be bottomless in their exhibition of stupidity. And in Texas, many of them are little Hitlers when it comes to running their county.
What's also happened in Texas is two successive governors have gutted the state budget to give tax breaks to corporations. So they've cut education, law enforcement, and just about everything receiving state money to the bone. That's forced school districts, county governments and tax assessors to get creative in order to raise money. So they have to raise taxes. While Bush and Perry crow about cutting taxes, the average Texas taxpayer has experienced the largest tax increase of residents of any state in the nation. It hurts local politicians because they take the blame and the voters take it out on them. So this guy is probably trying to find a way to explain a tax increase and get some conservative support for passing it.
