I was having a conversation over lunch at the Sacred Harp singing in Dutton Alabama September 30 with a fellow who'd come down to sing from Brown U or Bard College best I remember. Said he was thinking about Luther and wasn't sure his history making was for the good, whatever virtuous intent he brought to his time on the earth.'

Before we share our ignorance on this matter, I hope some of you would offer other respectable takes on this 500th anniversary, maybe for some group reading before the fog sets in and the obfuscation overwhelms as it does on so many topics.
