I thought some of you might be interested to see where we got our beginnings. I used Keith Sprunger and Mary Sprunger's article on the Bakehouse from the April 2011 MQR to show on the map the area in Amsterdam where Munter's Bakehouse existed that was home to the first English Baptists the world has ever known. The northern boundary is Amstel Street, the eastern boundary is Baker Street, the southern boundary is Rembrandt Square, and the northern two-thirds of the western boundary is English Alley. I'd love to visit this some day and walk the same ground my spiritual ancestors did.
